FEATURED GRANT -- The Department of Education has issued the Early Reading First Program RFP, which will provide funding to establish or expand initiatives to enhance the early reading skills of preschool age children. There is $116,489,340 available, with grants up to $4,500,000. THE PREAPPLICATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 1.
