Established with the goal of creating a positive, long-lasting impact on the communities BJ’s serves, the mission of BJ’s Charitable Foundation is to enhance and enrich community programs that primarily benefit children and families. Since its first grant in 2005, BJ’s Charitable Foundation has allocated funds on a quarterly basis, giving more than $5,250,000 to over 500 deserving organizations in the 16 states where BJ’s Clubs are located.
The majority of BJ’s Charitable Foundation giving is focused onorganizations that:

Promote the safety, security and well-being of children and families
Support education and health programs
Provide community service opportunities

Mattel and the Mattel Children's Foundation are pleased to continue our Domestic Grantmaking Program. Through this effort, unsolicited applications for funds for organizations benefiting children in the United States are accepted, pending the eligibility requirements and guidelines listed below. Charitable organizations that demonstrate they directly serve children may be eligible for grants of $5,000 up to $25,000. Funds may be applied to programs or general operating costs.
